Gw2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the gw2 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Account Registration
By registering for or using the gw2 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document as well as all related policies published on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of the platform.
To register an account with gw2, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement;
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process;
- Not register more than one active account at any one time.
Gw2 reserves the right to request proof of identity for account verification purposes at any time. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account restriction or closure.
2. Account Security & User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the security of your gw2 account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. gw2 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the gw2 platform, you agree to:
- Not use the platform for any unlawful activities;
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the platform's systems;
- Not use any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Do not spread false or misleading information about the gw2 platform;
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, contact our customer support team immediately via the in-platform live chat.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the gw2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including Maybank Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, CIMB Clicks, and FPX.
Deposit Policy
- Minimum deposit starts from RM 10 to RM 20 depending on the selected method;
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name;
- Gw2 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering;
- Successfully processed deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours on regular business days;
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 for most payment methods;
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name;
- Gw2 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, for legal compliance purposes.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separately stipulated rollover requirements. Users are encouraged to read the full promotion terms before accepting any bonus.
4. Account Suspension and Closure
Gw2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if it is found that:
- The user breaches any of the terms and conditions set out in this document;
- The account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate the system;
- The user provided false information during registration or verification;
- Multiple accounts have been registered by the same user;
- A directive from a relevant authority or law enforcement body requires us to do so.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance associated with suspected activity may be withheld pending investigation. If the account is closed at the user's own request, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe, provided no suspected transactions remain under investigation.
Voluntary Account Closure
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the gw2 customer support team. Requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.
5. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Gw2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, data loss, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.
Gw2's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software contained within the gw2 platform are the exclusive property of gw2 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to:
- Copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission;
- Using the gw2 name, logo, or trademarks for commercial purposes without authorisation;
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform's software.
Third-Party Links
The gw2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. gw2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Changes to Terms
Gw2 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version of the terms and conditions in effect.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the gw2 platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
